Cancellation & NO SHOW policy

WE REQUIRE AT LEASE 24 HOURS NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINMENT. FAILURE TO CANCEL WILL RESULT IN HALF OF THE APPOINTMENT COST TO BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE.

IF YOU FAIL TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND DO NOT COME TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, IT IS CONSIDERED A NO SHOW AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED HALF OF THE APPOINTMENT COST. 

CHILDREN & GUEST policy

WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS. WE CANNOT BE LIABLE FOR ANYONE UNDER 12 YEARS OLD. WE ALSO ASK THAT YOU DO NOT BRING ANY ANIMALS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

IF YOU BRING A CHILD, GUEST OR PET, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND BE CHARGED FOR THE MISSED APPOINTMENT COST.

LATE policy

PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ON TME. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE.
