Our goal is for your time with us to be a stress free oasis from the daily grind. We want you to leave feeling relaxed, invigorated, and down right amazing. Our promise to you is that we will be prompt and reliable for your appointments as well as scheduling and scheduling changes.  In order to keep that promise to you, we need to ensure that our schedules are in order by having our clients be on time to appointments and give us 24 hours notice for any cancellation or schedule change.  failure to call within the 24 hour time frame will result in a no show/ no call fee of half the appointment cost.  In other words, just keep us posted and we will do what we can to accommodate your schedule. 


***We also please ask that you come to your appointment without pets or children, failure to do so will result in rescheduling your appointment as well as being charged for the lost appointment time.


We do fill over other artists work outside of our salon as long as the work was done properly and appropriately. we do require that you book a consultation for us to take a look at your current extensions 48 hours prior to booking a fill with us. If the current lashes were properly applied, we will be happy to give you a fill, however, if in our opinion, the lashes that are currently on, are damaging, glued together, or too long and/or thick, we will recommend a removal. Not all lashes are able to handle a new full  set right away. We have seen a lot of cases where the prior work done elsewhere has damaged the lashes too bad to support a new set, sometimes resulting in a needed break and some "lash rehab"

**How to get the most out of your appointment:

-no caffeine 4 hours prior to your appointment

-arrive 5 minutes early

-arrive eye make up free and make sure to have clean lashes

-please feel free to bring headphones to listen to your favorite music or podcast

-eyes must remain closed for the duration of the appointment. please take care of any calls or texts prior to your appointment and silence your phone.
